    Zucchini is not exactly a torai … u can buy zucchini with the vege grocer who sells english vegetables like broccoli, baby corn and other english vegetables…

    I wanted to share that jasmine rice is very similar to basmati if you can’t find it, both are very expensive now, unfortunately. Also, zucchini is a summer squash, so I’m sure it can be substituted with the yellow squash, but I wouldn’t use the winter squashes which have a rind, unless you want to bake them and scoop the meat for use in the recipe.

    I work with an Indian girl and her mom brings me in this home made bread she makes that has grated cauliflower in it and jalepeno. It is so delicious. Indian people are the nicest people and I love their food!

    Yes, Basmati is Basmati rice and Plain rice is NOT Basmati rice
