for yeast u just need to stir it slightly to get it mixed together. dont do it too much or you can hurt the process. just a quick stir. kneading should be about5-8 minutes, if you feel it getting stiff stop. if it feels whet add more flour and knead more.

I don’t know could be me but I found it to be pretty bland. So far, this is the first pizza dough recipe that I’ve made and I’ve made it twice so far. Next time, I’ll try to add some flavor.

I used Amish Friendship Bread Starter instead of dry yeast, and boy was is good! Since the small one cup bag of starter I got about three months ago I’ve been adding it in all kinds of projects.
Anyone want some starter? I have it coming out of my ears!!

Unfortunately, he didn’t wait long enough for the yeast to proof. Give it some time to bubble up to prove that the yeast was still alive cause sometimes it might not be a good batch of yeast.
