So much salt…
I made this for dinner tonight. The sauce is so good, it is practically drinkable! Used bone-in chicken thighs/legs, browned first before adding to sauce. Thank you for this fantastic recipe! Adding it to our regular dinner menu rotation!

thanks for the recipe
just fyi – gravy is not the correct word. You should use the word sauce.
Etymology: Middle English gravey, from Anglo-French gravé broth, stew
Date: 14th century
1 : a sauce made from the thickened and seasoned juices of cooked meat
Haha, I’m going to be stuck at home here soon for about a week and I wanted to learn how to cook some of my favorite foods, unfortantly, we don’t carry a lot of the indegrients, so I don’t know if I’m going to be able to fix this. But I will def keep this video in my mind
Thanks for the video! I am going to try sort of the same thing tomorrow. The curry I used to make, which is NOT traditional, but really homemade, contained a lot of veg as well. Also I use coconut milk instead of tomatoes to make it saucier. I personally like to add some lime juice and some palm sugar as well, to give it a bit of a twist. But really nice recipe. I’ll definitely use some of the stuff you showed.
I love this video…I can’t wait to try this.
