I'm not a vegetarian but I'm trying to add more veggies to my family's diet and this one is a keeper. I had my OLDEST 12yrs. son try it and he wasn't sure if he liked it but had it on his plate. He ended not liking the tang of it but, that was my fault, I forgot to add the red pepper and agave but it was delicious still. Next time I'll make it right. YUM YUM YUM !!!!! Thank You!
