@Lephirox uhmmm, you’re the idiot. Professional chefs use gloves. Even if you have wash your hand doesn’t mean that the bacteria has been remove or contaminated. In my town, he might have been sued already.

@Alinascris If you’re making this for yourself, I figure it’s to your own discretion if you use gloves or not. He was probably just making them for himself, not for a restaurant of strangers.
