@Rediahs Yeah, the “healthy sux” thing is a joke

As for replacing the condensed milk with cream, if you do that the fudge will not set correctly and you won’t be able to cut it into squares. Ganache is a type of frosting/icing that is used to top or fill cakes – which is quite different to what I am making.

@OnePotChefShow Well actually people use ganache for other desserts too, it’s the main component of most truffles, and if you chill it, you can cut it into pieces as well.
