If you added some toasted pumpkin and sun flower seeds to this it would make it extra amazing.
One of my favorite salads is a mixture of arugula, baby spinach, and romaine topped with sunflower seeds, radishes, flaked tuna and red pepper. The dressing consists of udo’s oil, apple cider vinegar and a few drops of maple syrup. Shake the mixture to combine then add to salad. It’s very sour and flavorful.
