Well I used 3/4 cups like the recipe says. What is your suggestion for a smaller amount? I do appreciate Indian food and I eat at a local Tibetan restaurant religiously. I thank you for sharing your culture and cooking expertise here.
Looks yummy. I like your recipes . you make it seem it simple and gives me a boost to try it. Awesome!
Can I use the all purpose flour from any american store? or I have to buy it from some Desi store?

Thank you for your ‘simple demonstration’ which gave a lot of encouraement to a male as I am. I enjoy Indian food; so learning from you will enable me to use the ‘skill’ when I am abroad. There are hardly good Indian restaurants available in some countries.
I am wondering this as well.
Thanks a lot for the recipe. I love naan. How long you put the naan in the oven. Im so hungry.
Great vid, they look very tasty
@Nraj80 Looks like it should be baking soda. That’s what it says on the ingredients list and the stuff in the bowl looks like baking soda.
HI there, you mentioned that we need 3/4 cups of water, can you specify how many ml is required, also what is the temperature of the oven, you mentioned 500 degrees, however if the oven does not go up to 500, what is suitable and lastly can we subsitute the pizza stone with an aluminium pizza dish? thank you
How many mls is one cup to enable me measure correctly.
@wanjikul one cup has 250 mls
looks amazing will try
