I can smell the fragrance of this lovely dish from here. A quick recipe, too. I could make it after work, as long as I had leftover potatoes.

i love this dish, i make it all the time…but what i do is before adding in the cilantro, i add some Kasuri Methi(dry fenugreek pdr). It smells great and tastes good too. Try it.
