  2. nancyweeal 说道:

    Do you use dark soy sauce or light soy sauce?

  3. aeriskitchen 说道:

    @nancyweeal
    I used Korean brand sempio soy sauce. You can use both dark soy sauce or light soy sauce depending on your taste. I heard that light soy sauce is saltier than dark soy sauce..and dark soy sauce is more for coloring in Chinese cuisine.. it’s true ??

    @aeriskitchen yes it’s true =) the dark soy sauce is for the color in foods and the light soy sauce is saltier. Love your recipes by the way =)

    @GATITA7165 well it comes down to how well you can convince his parents you are worth it as a women with humble attitude! Korean Parents are protective of their culture, so it comes down to how well you can reach out to them. With current generation Korean Parents they are more open to outsiders, but marriage is the harder wall to pass. If you both you are in love, it is only matter of time before they will give you both the blessing.

    To adjust the amount of sugar, rather than add it seperately, put it all into one huge bowl and add the soy sauce/sugar/ minced garlic. when doing it seperately, the taste is not even.

    that looks good!

    COULD YOU NOT USE MEAT AT ALL?… OR LIKE SUBTITUTE IT FOR FISH?

  21. hillcalf 说道:

    잡채 = 雜菜撈粉絲

  22. XxxHyperxxChickxxX 说道:

    But…when you like boil the spinach squeeze out the water and stuff like that….aren’t you getting rid of its taste and health benefits? :/

  23. aeriskitchen 说道:

    @XxxHyperxxChickxxX
    If you don’t squeeze.. your spinach will have lots of water in it..and the taste will be like water spinach.. if you don’t want to lose much nutrition.. boil the spinach in a small amount of water..and add some salt..and cook for short time.. ^^ but I recommend you to squeeze them after cooking.. ; )

  24. aeriskitchen 说道:

    @TheGemini610
    You can skip or.. use mushroom instead.. i don’t think fish will match with this flavor.. thanks
