you said not to make these in advance but once they are cooked, if I have leftovers, can I place them in the fridge and reheat them in my toaster oven the next day?

  6. PlatypusGuitar 说道:

@GothChilde6969 I highly doubt that it could happen. I was just wondering if its gonna taste like shit the next day or if it will still be decent.

@PlatypusGuitar depends if you supplement the words “toaster oven” for the word “microwave.” I’m guessing since it was already cooked crispy you could just eat it cold for breakfast the next day or use two of em as bread in an egg and bacon w/ tomato and lettuce sandwich. Also since it’s mainly just potatoes and eggs with spices I’m guessing that you wont get cancer if you don’t use a microwave.

Wow this recipe was awesome! Since this was my first time letting my shredded taters sit in water for so long, I was surprised to see how much starch settled at the bottom of the shred bowl. Found out with a double batch, the batter thins out over time which actually turned out well since the early fritters seemed to be over seasoned. If you’re low on tissues, putting the onion in the freezer while you prep the taters is not a bad idea. THANKS FOODWISHES!!
