Hi. Thank you for video it is very nice to learn new thing. I was just wondering, is there no use for the rest of the milk and lemonjuice??
Hi auntyji, I love ur recipies… i tried it , it came very gud…
your a beautiful person. thanks for your videos
@auotaku You may need to use a bit more lemon / lime juice or distilled vinegar. The whey (watery part) should look pale greenish as Manjula shows in her video.
@Tordy1 You can use it for cosmetics if you want to bleach something (for example in manicure)
What type of milk do you use? Whole milk, 2%, 1%, something else?
@Daniel14550
I use whole milk or 2% milk.

Hi Manjula…first of all, great procedure to make paneer!…
Secondly, what did u mean when you said if you feel the water is not completely out of the paneer, press it under a heavy pot for 1/2 and hour, @ 4:10….how do i do this?
I tried this a few minutes ago with 2% but the milk only separated into very tiny bits and pieces..I added a little more lemon juice but it didn’t seem to do anything for it. I guess it only works with whole milk?
i made paneer with the help of your vid. Was good enough for a first try. Thanks a lot ! I wish my future wife can make so many tasty dishes like you
