    @auotaku You may need to use a bit more lemon / lime juice or distilled vinegar. The whey (watery part) should look pale greenish as Manjula shows in her video.

    Secondly, what did u mean when you said if you feel the water is not completely out of the paneer, press it under a heavy pot for 1/2 and hour, @ 4:10….how do i do this?

    I tried this a few minutes ago with 2% but the milk only separated into very tiny bits and pieces..I added a little more lemon juice but it didn’t seem to do anything for it. I guess it only works with whole milk?

    hi, i tried to make panner, it turned out to be great, however i can only use this panner for bhurji, I would like to make it the way it is sold in market on dairy’s, is that possible? Dairy paneer has more lachak and it does not break as easily as the one on this video any tips?
