FOOD: Grilled Veggie Summer Salad Recipe – The Sarah Fit Show

This recipe will save you at least 200 calories vs potato salad or macaroni salad. Learn how to make a weight loss friendly dinner dish with this creamy pesto recipe. Recipe 2 Zucchinis (Sliced 1 in thick) or Yellow Bell Pepper or Eggplant 1 Red Onion (Slice 1 in thick) 1 cup Grape Tomatoes (Halved) 1 ripe Avocado (chopped) 1 cup of fresh bocconcini (small mozzarella balls) Balsamic Vinaigrette to taste Grill the onion and zucchini or eggplant or pepper. Chop up once veggies have lost crispness. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl.     Due to my health condition, I have to eliminate Dairy, Soy, Processed Foods, And Sugar, Caffeine from my diet. I Eat the same things all the time.. Do you have any suggestions or meals that taste good. I just mostly eat oatmeal and unsweetened apple sauce and Carrot juice… Daily…I need help!

    @MarissaLaurenable This fits the bill with that, just nix the mozzarella! I’ll try to help though, you can eat a lot more than what you are. You should see a nutritionist though.

    @MarissaLaurenable You may want to see a good chiropractor who is also a naturopath. i had gluten intolerance, fibromylgia, candida and could not eat diary prior to seeing him. all these problems went away with chiro and supplements, some acupuncture as well. no way to live life.

    You should take your onion, mushroom, zucchini, yellow squash and put it in aluminum foil with some terriyaki on the grill. It is wonderful.
