   saw this video this morning, and decided that’s what I was going to do for lunch. I’ll be damned if they weren’t some of the best wings I’ve ever had. Just used hickory chips for the smoke on my 22″ kettle. Two thumbs up, thanks BBQ Pit Boys!

    Got a big cookout coming up the 4th this is whats going on the grill, add some celery,carrott sticks and ranch.Then some brauts,and a few steaks. My thinking is to marinade the chicken about 24hr ahead the go with the grill!
